The NHYD's Annual John and Robert F. Kennedy Awards Reception on Friday, October 26, 2007 was a tremendous success. The money raised went towards covering the costs of hosting the Young Democrats of American Fall Conference in Manchester, NH. The NHYD were joined by Congressman Paul Hodes, US Senate Candidate Jay Buckey, NHDP Chair Ray Buckley, Representative Chris Hamm, and State Senators David Gottesman, Lou D'Allesandro and Maggie Hassan.

Congratulations to Mike Vlacich, State Director of Economic Development, for receiving the C. Arthur Soucy Achievement Award and to our own Katie Judd for being named NHYD of the Year.

Thank you to IBEW Local 490 and the Merrimack County Democrats for hosting us, to our speakers (Elizabeth Edwards, Nick Clemons, Kathy Sullivan and Governor Jeanne Shaheen), to our many guests and to our array of generous sponsors.
