The Patriots team from Plymouth State University in Plymouth, NH won with their design highlighting the history of the New Hampshire primary and a reminder that every vote from New Hampshire's "common man" counts. The front of the indigo blue shirt says, "NH Proudly Voting First Since 1920" with a hand making a peace sign for the 'v' in voting. The slogan on the back of the shirt says "Every Vote Counts from The Common Man." Students Samantha Naas of South Hero, VT; Erika Gibb of Scituate, RI; Ashley Breen of Rowley, MA; Erin Duquette of Winchester, NH; and Victoria Westfield of North Conway, NH designed the commemorative shirt.

From Saint Anselm College in Manchester, The Primary Team won with a design that calls New Hampshire voters "rock solid" and asks that they not be "taken for granite." The cedar red shirt has a large replica of The Common Man family of restaurants logo on the front, edited to look like the common man is pushing a ballot into a ballot box. Above the logo reads "New Hampshire Voters are Rock Solid" and underneath the logo "Keep the Common Man First in the Nation." On the back of the shirt is an outline of the state of New Hampshire with a headline that reads "Don't Take Us For Granite." Students Declan Crozier of Toomebridge, Northern Ireland; Alyssa McClure of North Conway, NH; Katrina Frazer of Nashua, NH, Deirdre Driscoll of Walpole, MA and Elizabeth McEvoy of Quincy, MA designed a winning t-shirt.
